Rhône Varietal Component Tasting with Jason Hass

Sunday morning we leave the hotel headed west for a Rhône component tasting and lunch at Tablas Creek with Jason Haas. Joining Jason at the lunch are vintners Anthony Yount (Denner and Kinero), Jordan Fiorentini (Epoch), Brian Terrizzi (Giornata) and Ryan Pease (Paix Sur Terre). Lunch is lamb from the Tablas Creek Biodynamic farm.
